Making a Purchase
We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your card will be billed as ENDIS, INC. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. If the invoice price differs from the price reflected on your order (whether due to a mistake in pricing, an inadvertent under-pricing of goods, or an inability to supply a product for any reason), we will always contact you first to ensure agreement with respect to price.
Delivery Policy
All Yummy Skins™ products (including logos) are delivered via the internet as an electronic download. Nothing will be mailed to you.
Returns Policy
Electronic downloads (including logo orders and all Yummy Skins™ themes) are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Privacy Policy
We do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment, in which event we only use third parties who represent to us that they will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.You should also be aware of our web site privacy policy.
